Our MISSION at IWEN is to Uplift, Educate and Empower women all around the world. Our organization seeks to create opportunities for women by guiding them to explore a new path in life, while helping them discover their own nation from within.
Our VISION at IWEN is to create business and educational opportunities for women all over the world. We wish to partner with governmental and community agencies to help those affected by any of life’s unfortunate circumstance, as well as be a helping hand when needed. IWEN hopes to empower women of all demographics by helping them tap in to the women they were meant to be.

Here at IWEN, we focus on women’s rights, by ensuring the right to have access to opportunities and resources, women’s health and body image, introducing them to a sense of self-worth, and standing for workplace and gender equality. IWEN believes that women have the right to have power and control over their own lives, no matter the circumstances.
We accomplish this objective through:
–Networking events
–Business mentorship programs
–Empowerment sessions and conferences
–Leadership sessions
–Provide grants to young adults for college
–Other activities as appropriate to fulfill the mission of the organization
